I teach YOGA and these Guided Chakra Meditations are perfect for the Deep Relaxation at the end of class called YOGA NIDRA. Glenn Harrold is a hypnotherapist living in England who has a wonderful Aussie sounding accent. He gives the tone and color and visualization for each Chakra along with corresponding affirmations. This was my first encounter with Glenn but have noticed he has a wealth of other Audio Books. I'm going to be using them for my class as well!
AAh a template question by Audible one size fits all. How can I rank a self development book with mystery or romance.. Hello Bozoes or "Bezos"
Surprised but the book does repeat itself completely because its just a 30min recording
He has a nice soothing accent along with a hypnotic voice which brings the much needed effect

I have listened to Glenn Harrold recordings befrore an have been very happy with then. This just didn't seems to appeal to me. Sorry Glenn Harrold :(
Would prefer a refund or credit for a new book if possible
My experience with this meditation/hypnosis was certainly a positive one. I did go into a very relaxed almost awake yet asleep state, and when it was time to open my eyes, I awoke and felt GREAT!
I felt energetic, happy and almost a bit euphoric...
I love his voice, and the sounds...took me a bit to realax and get into it, but the length of time on this meditation is long enough for you to get to that place.
Overall experince was surprising and I cannot wait to try more of Glenns hypnosis!
The feelings when I was done were amazing!

That there are things out there more powerful than us, that we should use and develop an awareness of that can help us heal out minds, bodies and souls!
Definatley will be trying others by Glenn Harrold
Glenn Harrold's voice is so soothing and relaxing. I must confess I have not yet finished it, as I find myself falling asleep somewhere in the middle of the meditation. If you don't mind a good nap or restful meditation this is a meditation you will enjoy.
