Sincerely this audio book has become a top shelf listen for me. Not only because it’s narrated by one of my favorite people on this planet but because of the very solid, material it contains conducive to living a very happy and productive life and it also contains the most essential ingredients needed to become happier with the person you are. That person is your gift to your friends and loved ones and to the world so it’s important to make yourself the best you can be. I speak nearly every day with my brother and value and respect his input in my life greatly and this book feels like I’m listening to him give me some great, sound advice. I know that he backs the thoughts and ideas conveyed 100% and the genuine tone in his voice reflects just that. Keep this audio book handy to listen to, it’s broken down into short chapters focusing on each key ingredient of this wonderful recipe to living well, inside and out.

Confidence or a lack of is horrible, I have been there. I can sympathasize. Thankful that books like this exist. Genuinely feeling a lot better - not perfect but BETTER. Good combination of books, they feed off each other very well.
