it was very helpful

I'm often stuck in my thinking but listening to this audio really help me to understand a few things and a desire to want to do the 21 day detox. it was awesome.

Well thought out an articulated guide to helping the audience become self-aware of thought process, and the healing benefits of thought control. I plan on listening to it again.

Good advice, Biblically backed

I really appreciated the Bible references and how the power of our thinking is repeated over and over in the Bible. I had not put it together as clearly as this book presents it.

In essence we are what we think, and as we think the same thoughts/feelings/patterns, they reinforce those neural connections, making them the default pathways for our thoughts. Therefore, ‘…whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.’ Philippeans 4:8. Practice ‘right thinking’ and change your default neural pathways. Become the positive, powerful person you were meant to be.

Great way to use your mind and brain

Very informative. Dr Leaf shares the neuroscience of the mind and brain and shares how the Bible has been telling us this for millennia. As an engineer the science and faith com i nation spoke to both my right and left side of my brain. And it was simple enough to follow. Looking forward to the 21 day brain detox

why is a heading required if it's "optional?"

Sounded like a computer reading text. Horrible. Monotone. The book has merit, but the audio diminishes it.

Amazing!

I liked that the book explains things from a science-based perspective so even if you're not a "religious" person the content still makes sense based on years of practical application and research. This book was recommended to me by my therapist, and I love it so much I'm going to get the hard copy just so I can take it all in visually.
