Nice start to a Series
What did you love best about Swarm?
I think it shows the human ability to adapt in times of survival and to persevere. From the lost of his children to help mankind survive and help form Star Force fleet and marines.
Its a perfect mix of man, machines, political, and a little piracy.

Not a big science fiction fan but...
I'm not a student of literary art. I judge audio books by how often and how long I listen. I was entertained listening frequently. This series isn't composed of stand alone parts. It ends pretty much in the middle of a story. This one being 9 hours could probably been published in a 20 or 30 hour volume and been complete. Obviously intended to generate revenue. Give it a whirl. It's very entertaining.

Great story!
This is a well written engrossing space opera story about man against invading aliens. What mankind will sacrifice to keep their earth safe. What they are capable of when the odds are against them.

Feels like a rough draft of Undying Mercenaries
Bit simplistic and certainly more of a "slapped together" or, more likely, inexperienced feel than Undying Mercenaries. Also, a bit cringy/immature in most interactions/conversations, particularly if the other person is a woman.
