Not much action, but overall not bad

Not like other SW stories, fairly uneventful until near the end. But not bad.

love this book , it gives good backstory of why ben was there on the same planet as Luke

Not your typical Star Wars book.

As a avid Star Wars nerd I really enjoyed this book. It brought to light an interesting point in Obi-Wan Kenobi's life and futher explored the culture and life on tatooine.

The problem comes with the story. I found it well written and entertaining but not something one would expect from a Star Wars book. I was rather slow and lacked any major known characters appart from Kenobi who in my opinion isn't in enough of the book. It is almost like naming the Cronicles of Narnia after Aslan. Obi-Wan is distant and appears to infrequently. Don't get me wrong, I personally really enjoyed the book, it's simply not you typical Star wars book.

Another great addition to why everyone love Kenobi. Start felt a little slow but after the first few hours it was hard to stop listening. Loved the book, and highly recommend to SW fans.

Great Story To Mix In

Kenobi is such a we'll developed character between the books and the movies. Expanding that tale even further made it a great enjoyment.

overall I'd say the story is real good, don't be discouraged in the beginning it can be a little slow. but eventually all ties together with a nice bow at the end.

Amazing book!

Wow. Just wow. I have around 20 Star Wars books here on audible and this one has got to be in my top three favorites. Emotionally charged and an absolutely fantastic plotline; I highly recommend this to any Star Wars fan out there!

Episode 3.5

A great untold story about how the great General becomes a crazy old wizard. It feels like a natural episode 3.5.
