Publisher's summary

Read by the authors.

Join Southern comedian duo Trae Crowder and Corey Ryan Forrester in this hilarious and irreverent travel guide as they wander about ponderin' the peculiarities beyond their small-town front porches.

Trae and Corey will take you from the smallest of small towns to major US metropolises (or is it metropoli? We haven't a fartin' clue!). They'll even cross the pond to sip tea in some of them fancy kings-and-castles places that PBS Viewers Like You can't stop yapping about. From Chickamauga to Cheyenne, New York to New Orleans, Seattle to Scotland—no matter where these two wandering jesters go, there's something to roast, something to toast, and something to learn about what ties us together as humans. Even the most outrageous of us.

In this book you'll find:

  • Loads of eccentric things folks say.
  • Seriously well-informed tips on exactly where to eat and what to order in each city.
  • Anecdotes from Corey about everything from "German Mardi Gras" in Helen, Georgia, to eatin' over-priced rabbit in Napa, California.
  • And as many off-the-beaten-path jokes as could be packed in!

Perfect for anyone who:

  • Likes to travel.
  • Loathes to travel.
  • Any Southerner who's both a little proud and a little ashamed of the South (that's all the sane ones).
  • Any Northerner, Midwesterner, or West Coaster who wants to know what two self-proclaimed rednecks have to say about their own hometown.
  • Anyone from the UK who thinks us Yanks are the craziest folks on God's green earth (cause this book will likely confirm that stereotype, yup).

Travel bingo boards and ad libs are included in the audiobook companion PDF download.

Love these fellas!

This was exactly what I needed to listen to as I drove the kids back and forth (and back and forth and…) to school. I’m sure I looked like an idiot to other drivers every time I burst out laughing but I’ll prolly listen again and laugh some more.

Thanks boys as always it’s a hell of a ride.

Skew, nuff said. I guess I need 15 words for this review. Listen, there’s something for everyone to relate to here whether you love travel or you love the south or you’re a Yankee like me it’s all good.

A fun follow up to the manifesto

The Liberal Redneck Manifesto was serious points masquerading as comedy. Round Here and Over Yonder is just plain silliness. This is not a bad thing, just don't go in expecting substance. This is purely a comedy book where it's fun to hang out with the guys you like from their other book.

you can't find better tour guides.

I absolutely loved hearing Trae and Corey's perspective on the various places around this great country and beyond. I highly recommend this book.

So good! Scotland is at the top of my travel list now

I loved every minute of this book! I laughed out loud countless times listening in the car and walking my dog. I can’t wait for your next travel adventures and hopefully another book. Thanks for the Denver review. Spot on!

Laugh out loud funny!

I've been a fan of both of these comedians for years, and this book definitely didn't disappoint! As someone who grew up " Whiskey Tango ", and who loves to travel - I found this book to be relatable as well as hilarious.

I would be on the subway in NYC - going to work, just laughing my ass off at this book. my fellow straphangers were just wishing they knew what was so funny. I could tell.

My favorite part of the book was when they went to the U.K. Biscuits, warm beer, and football! So funny!

I'm looking forward to seeing either or both of these guys live again, and - of course- the next Weekly Skews!

Always a pleasure.

I always enjoy listening to the boys tell their stories. This was no exception.

These guys never fail to make me laugh

I started listening to this as soon as I got the notification it was available and finished it as quick as I could. kept having to cycle back to play the funniest clips for my friends so I've basically listened to the whole book twice now.

Gorgeous travelogue told by two drunken hillbillies

Long time fan of Trae and Corey, but even so their utter delight and great observations about the UK was extremely charming. You HAVE to listen to this one. It’s not even a question. Just get the audiobook already. They need part 2, stat.
