Sweet and who doesn't love zany scenes with dogs!

I like a book where everyone's heart is in the right place. I also admit, it took me back a step to feel that deja vu like I knew some of the characters already in a different way, and then realized that this was an author who I have heard before and picking up things for one character and carrying on for her. This book will pull a heartstring or two from her "searching for..." books. You'll pick up on that most definitely. I like this author, and even more now that she's pulled at the thread of a family I liked in a prior book and moved forward with them in a very endearing way!

Author had a flair for words

The author was stylistically a good writer except I didn't enjoy some parts of the plot. The characters annoyed me at some parts but I all over liked it. The narration was very good as well

I really did want to know what was going to happen next.

I loved the story line. It has characters that you want to have a happy ending. I recommend this book. It was really well written.

PERFECT AND EASY READ/CHICK BOOK

Well written and comical. Loved the both characters and how they were perfectly matched for each other. The anticipation of their chemistry that lead up to their love for each other was well balanced. Totally recommend for anyone who wants to read a perfect and easy read. I loved every moment of this. Looking forward to the Second Book -- That's All I'm Saying.

The marriage bargain

This book is awesome i Couldn't put it down its both amazing in audio and paper back loved it I can't say enough about it the nerator was brilliant she did an awesome job

Such a Good Book

If you could sum up The Marriage Bargain in three words, what would they be?

This book reminded me of "Fifty Shades of Grey" the only difference is that it didn't have that many erotic scenes in it. But it was dam good... I just love these kinds of books.

Who was your favorite character and why?

They Were all my favorite because with out them all playing a role this story wouldn't be a good one... SO ALL WERE MY FAVORITE.

Did Coleen Marlo do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?

At first I had to get used to her voice because I was used to another narrators voice, but when the story went on she did a wonderful job. She differentiated all of the charactors!

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

it did make me laugh at some points but it didn't make me cry.....

THIS BOOK IS A GOOD BOOK, IF YOU LIKE ROMANCE WITH A LITTLE OF EROTIC PLEASURE THEN THIS IS A GOOD BOOK TO READ.

Cheesy but good story overall

I like the setup and characters but the dialogue often prompts eye-rolls. The sexy scenes are pretty basic and the descriptions are not that hot.

The narrator seems melodramatic.

All of them! They were all so different and dynamic!

Absolutely, I listened to all three books in the span of a week and a half!

So far I've listened to about 50 books and this one is in my top 20.

It was a mix of predictability, romance and fun.

No favorite she did a great job with all the characters.

Yes I wanted to listen to it in one sitting and it's rather short so that wouldn't be too difficult to achieve.

This book was quite enjoyable. The part about the magic spell seemed sort of dumb and didn't really have anything to do with the book. The spell is mentioned briefly at the beginning and the end so that should have been omitted from the storyline.
