Number-one New York Times best-selling author Nora Roberts cordially invites you to meet childhood friends Parker, Emma, Laurel, and Mac — the founders of Vows, one of Connecticut’s premier wedding planning companies.
Laurel McBane has always relied on her friends for support, especially when her dream of attending culinary school was almost ruined by her parents’ financial problems. Now Laurel is repaying the kindness of her friends by creating extravagantly luscious tiers of cakes and other confectionary delights that add the perfect touch to their clients’ weddings.
As for romance, Laurel believes in it — in theory. But she’s too low-key to appreciate all the luxuries that other women seem to long for. What she does appreciate is a strong, intelligent man, a man just like Parker’s older brother, Delaney Brown, on whom Laurel has had a mega-crush since childhood.
But some infatuations last longer than others, and Laurel is convinced that the Ivy League lawyer is still out of her reach. Plus, Del is too protective of Laurel to ever cross the line with her, or so she thinks. When Laurel’s quicksilver moods get the better of her — leading to an angry, hot, altogether mind-blowing kiss with Del — she’ll have to quiet the doubts in her mind to turn a moment of passion into forever….

"Passion erupts, but will they be able to make it last? Laurel's tart fairy tale romance offers few surprises, but it's impossible to deny Roberts's flair for sketching likable couples." (Publishers Weekly)
add a little something unpredictable
She really does an amazing job with different voices for different characters. I don't know how she keeps them straight!

Savor the Moment is the third installment in this delightful series by Nora Roberts. If you are in the mood to smile and simply feel good, you will not be disappointed with this absolutely delicious Romance. I just loved this experience, and am looking forward to NR's fourth and final book in this series. Definitely credit worthy!
This is a Roberts book in the best sense. What a great, sweet and light story. Friends and business partners. I listened to all 4 books and really enjoyed them. It is light so don’t expect anything earth shattering. Keeps your mind off the hard stuff in life and is a easy listen.
I really enjoyed this story--just as much as I did the first & second books in this series. Really looking forward to the final book. Enjoyed the narrator. Nora Roberts never lets me down.
This series is about four lifelong friends, Mac, Emma, Laurel and Parker, who have combined their individual talents to setup a very successful wedding business, called Vows.
Mac and Emma found their own version of "The One" in the two previous books, and it's now Laurel's turn. Laurel's been in love with Parker's brother, Del, for the longest time, however Del regards her as a sister. Things change one night, however, when she gets really frustrated at him, and tries to prove a point that she is NOT his sister.
Del's unsure of his feelings in the beginning, but as with all of Nora Robert's books, it ends with a happy-after ending.
I really enjoyed the third book in the bride quartet series. Angela Dawe brought Laurel and Del's story to life in such a wonderful way. Don't miss it!
