The Malory Price Life Plan does not include a quixotic quest - but the strangers on Warrior's Peak claim that she must find a key that will release three souls held captive by an evil god.
Little does she know that the quest will bring her two new friends: the love of her life - and danger beyond anyone's imagination.

I like it in audio because you get the voices and it you really use your imagination for this book so you can just go along with it.
Any of Nora Roberts' trilogies - boy meets girl - they don't like each - they do - they don't -
they do forever!!!

I can't find the other two books on audible and I have to say this is absolutely unbelievable. Odd. Eccentric. Mysterious. Romantic and brilliant.
Slow start. Give it at least a little more than an hour to be completely sucked in. Well worth a credit. I think I purchased this book on sale, and I'm more than happy to spend a credit on book two.
Audible addicted love mystery, lately stuck on love story. Mother of 1 Labrador and 1 perfect man. Work way too hard, and so ready to be retired
Nora did it again with Susan you guys are the perfect team didn't think I would like it I'm a crime story girl the FBI,detective story but I greatly enjoy this book and can't wait for 2nd book ....and I love the mini love stories excellent love bold women ...Excellent!
Susan Erickson did a great job in bringing the characters to life.
I decided to listen to this book because I had just finished another book from Nora Roberts that I couldn't get enough of. This book started a little slow and was not something I would normally listen to but I ended up being really good. Was looking forward to books 2 & 3.
Yes. It was wonderfully well read and amazingly told.
The Dog, Mo! And Malory. Loved her.
I just love this story, and the two that follow.
Boring! I have enjoyed most of Nora Roberts books. This one is so boring I had to force myself to finish it. Too much boring detail. Too much introspection. Almost no action. Does it seem like I'm using the word "boring" too much? I won't be getting book 2, not just because the first book was so boring, but also because I could not stand one of the females, probably the heroine of book 2. I could not listen to an entire book with the obnoxious "Dana". As for the narrator, she really had only one voice. She had no voice for men. When Mallory and Flynn were talking, the two main characters for book 1, I often became confused as to which one was talking their voices were so similar. This one was a real waste. I hope I got it on sale, but I can't remember.
A very fun read! I loved the story, the characters and how the story develops and ties all six characters together. I also loved the supernatural side of the story. Fun, humorous, and VERY romantic! Most of all, I loved the fact that Malory is a determined woman, who does not hide her feelings, and goes for what she wants. Strong characters and fun story!
I really can't remember why I choose to download this book but I am really glad I did. It was just enough romance and mystic that I could not stop listening to it!!! I just download the rest of the trilogy. I would definately recommend it.
