Young Romance
Very likable characters with a good narrator, great to listen to. This is a good romance for all ages. I'm going to check out more books from this author. Definitely worth the credit.

Absolutely Delightful!
A well written delightful story be Julianne Donaldson. This is my absolute favorite story that brings a smile and laugh to each and every time I read it or now listen to it. You will adore this novel and it’s enchanting romance.

I love this book!
This is one of my favorite books! I have read it several times. I love the lively spirit of Marianne and the banter between she and Philip. This book has fun, sarcasm, exasperation, sadness, jealously , love, and even danger. Sadly, I do not feel that the narrator had a good feel for this. She does have a nice voice, but I wish she had put more emotion into her reading. I was frustrated many times listening to her. I am giving this an overall 4 stars because the author has done a wonderful job and I want people to know that it is an awesome book.

Captivating, thrilling & enchanted!
This book was just the kind of "romantic fluff" I needed! I connected with the enchanting characters, the author and the detailed scenery of Edenbrooke. It was my escape to listen to this book well into the night. It captured me and filled me a love of this era.

One of my favorite books, ever!
Love this story, but the narrator was only okay. I felt like the narrator was trying so hard to keep up the British accent, that she dropped the ball on most of the humor.

If you like Pride and Prejudice....
If you like Jane Austen style books this is the book for you! Well developed storyline and characters . So great to read a nice romance that isn't porn and doesn't have foul language. It did have romance and drama and a great story and narrator . I finished it tonight and have already started on Julianne Donaldson's next one in the genre, Blackmore. Thank you for the great books! Keep them coming!
