I’m not an insta-love reader
This book starts out with an insta-love story. I’m just not a fan of that. So it made it hard for me to get past that and therefore the story never felt realistic to me. However, I did enjoy the book overall. I just found myself rolling my eyes at how quickly this couple fell in love. They had a unique story and very interesting jobs. The way they met was definitely intriguing!

Cheesy AF
If you like instalove with over the top cheesy dialogue with immature characters then this is for you! The many sex scenes were so uncomfortably mushy for people who barely knew each other. The unbelievable chemistry was just that... unbelievable.

Kristen tells AMAZING stories
Another great story by Kristen Proby. Jennifer Mack does a great job on narration. This is one of my go to listens when I need to revisit some of my favorite characters.

Sweet romance
Great beginning to the series.
I liked the meet cute of an A-list actor getting angry at a photographer who he thinks is a paparazzo, then it turns out she doesn't know who he is.

not the most strong story
find the narrators interpretation of the main character not the best. her some of her verbal tics didn't work for me. was under the impression that the story alternated viewpoints between the main female and male characters, but the majority of the book was actually narrated from the female character. I found the book light on plot and conflict and most of it was contrived.

Unimpressed
This is the first book I’ve read by this author and I was not impressed. The descriptive words were repetitive and the story lacked depth. This author should have used a thesaurus. I rolled my eyes quite a bit at the cheesiness too. I think this is the most shallow book I’ve read to date. I hope the next book in the series is better or I might just move this author off of my list entirely. It might have had more appeal if I were a new adult. Maybe...
