Publisher's summary

He's no saint.

Owen "X" Gallow has never known a real home. Groomed by the streets, he now has a life with the Devil's Due MC that gives him the only comfort he has ever known. Family comes by blood and by choice. All Owen has left is his by selection. He keeps his circle close and doesn't care to have a future.

She's not afraid to call herself a sinner.

Hadley Combs doesn't ask questions, and she has never had anyone to cover her back. She was born alone and will die alone, or, at least, that's how she views her life. In order to get by, she has a job to do - get them off and get herself paid, no talking necessary. The life of a hooker isn't easy, but she gets by. However, danger climbs in her bed.

Will Owen find a way to let Hadley in? When faced with the dangers of her lifestyle, will Hadley let Owen and his brothers keep her safe?

Love, hate, anger, and passion collide as the time comes, and the devil demands his due.

Owen and Hadley

A dar, gritty, and raw story. Owen and Hadley went on a ride of hurt, suspense, and redemption. I enjoyed every single thrilling moment of this book.
Narration was perfect!

Story of survival.

Such difficult topics but it was handled so well and I really felt more empathy with the different ways life handles people.
Books can have such an amazing way of levelling perceived classes and preconceptions for me and this book once again did it.

X and Hadley are survivors and trough it all they do not loose their hope and humanity.
Such a feat. I really felt for them.

No Spoilers here ;)

It was good. I really liked the female narrator’s voice, and how the bad guys got what they deserved.

Undying Love

Main characters were likable and enjoyed their story. No angst or cheating. Only complaint is it was to short. Narrator did a great job.

🌻Short, but intense!🌻

🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻V from Kansas🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻

This is another story of two people that are torn apart by tragedy. This nomad group of bikers follow clues sent through emails, to find a ghost from X’s(Owen’s) past nightmare.

For as short as this book is, it’s still a fairly decent story. Just due to the short length, it’s definitely not worth the cost of a credit but, it’s an ok Escape Package listen.

Decent story

Good story with likeable characters. I'm used to very in depth characters, but that usually comes with a longer story. So for 4+ hours, this was a good read. Triggering situations of rape and brutality. Hadley went through so much, and I loved the way Owen stayed at her side. No judgment of her past, no reproach, just love. And Owens back story was wild!! The intense stuff this guy went through from his mom's death to Hadley's suffering. Looking forward to the 3rd book

The nasty sex abuse makes this book trash

The first book was good. This one is disgusting and the lady should be ashamed of herself for writing it. It’s too much at the end! Disturbing
