Introduced to the Viking MC and Remi and her family of friends
Steele sees Remi for the first when he is with members of his MC dropping a couple of their old ladies at college. Demi’s girlfriend Bridget starts flirting with Gunner and so the Chase of Steele after Remi begins
Remi is 21 and her only involved parent has died and left her with a large trucking company to run and she is working to finish college and learn the trucking business- no time for men
Steele is Sargent at Arms and in a legitimate business with his brother and the MC is dealing in drugs problems with another MC
Amiss the th trouble each is dealing with their lives they begin a relationship and we meet the secondary characters
Well narrated and we have more of the story to be resolved as the series moves forward. The grit and grime of the MC life, but one that involves their women with knowledge then previous MC stories I’ve read

Love this MC

I started on book 5 which had me falling in love with the people of this MC. This was a great story and had wonderful narration. I'm so glad I came along this series.

Loved this so much!

This was so good. I haven’t read a ton of MC but this may have changed my mind. I loved all of the characters and the narrators did such a good job. I can’t wait to get more of this series!

Terrific Story & Narration🎧 Twisted & Gripping!

This is my first book written by Cathleen Cole and Frank Jensen and it won’t be my last, they created an interesting and original story that is captivating from start to end. The character development and world building is fantastic, and I loved how they brought and then combined two different worlds together, Remi, a strait-laced college girl and Steel, a member of a one percenter motorcycle club, the Vikings MC. Remi is working hard to finish her college degree so she can take over her late father’s trucking business from her uncle who is filling while she finishes school. Rushing to classes with her friend Bridget, a friendly friend Bridget who stops to chat it up with some MC members and gets invited them invited to a party. With everything going on in her life, Remi had no intention of going, but Bridget talks her into going. Remi grabbed Steel’s attention the moment he laid eyes on her and claimed her as his, though she had not known it yet and he does not take no for an answer. Neither one was looking for love, but it found them anyway, and it was one heck of a ride watching their worlds collide. This action-packed cleverly plotted story has plenty of drama, angst, twists and turns, thrilling suspense, heartfelt emotions and steamy romance. Thank you for this fantastic story and the wild ride. I am looking forward to what happens next.

🎧📚🎧 And for the terrific narration, Allyson Voller and Tyler Darby are the perfect cast to bring these characters and their story to life. They had a complete understanding of the characters they were portraying, gave each a voice that suited their character’s persona perfectly and were believable in every role they played. The two made a great team, their voices complemented each other’s, and they set the perfect tone for the story. You could hear how much heart they put into their work as they capture all the character’s emotions and projected them into their performance. They are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another fantastic listen.

Heart of Steel

This is the first book in The Vikings MC series. Remi was just the average college student until she saw Steel for the first time. Steel is part of the Vikings MC. He was instantly attracted to Remi. Remi is a business major and was learning how to run her father’s trucking company. When a major scandal goes down involving her trucking company, The Vikings MC, and The Lycans MC the FBI get involved. I thought everything had been worked out and they had discovered who was behind all the problems, but then the Cartel gets involved. This book ends on a huge cliffhanger. Allyson Voller and Tyler Darby did an amazing job narrating this book.

Perfect Title here…

This is a great introduction to this MC series! I have listened to others in the series but missed this one somehow. So I am catching up with Remi and Steele.

This one is action filled with amazing character building! Remi is amazing in here! So determined, smart and has the necessary sass for her biker. Steele was a surprise for me with the tenacity he had in claiming Remi. So focused! The fun between the rest of the MC was great but I particularly like the brotherly love between Riggs and Steele. They made me laugh at times. I should add in Gunner too. His bond with Steele provided smirks and a few “Oh Gunner”’s.

I listened to this on audio. Allyson Voller and Tyler Darby do an outstanding job. They both embrace these characters terrifically. I enjoyed this one!

Great listen

This is the first book I've read/listened to by Cathleen Cole and Frank Jensen. They write well with a great storyline and easy to like characters. Steel was our MC antihero who was attracted to Remi as soon as he saw her and Remi was a "normal" college girl with a heavy load due to life circumstances. I'm invested. The story is fast, with some steam, and the couple had a HEA/HFN ending. I hope we see more of them in future books! The underlying storyline's cliffhanger has me hoping the next audiobook will be released quickly!

Allyson Voller and Tyler Darby are excellent narrators. They brought this audiobook to life with emotional performances. It rolled like a movie in my head. Perfection.

Fast passes and enjoyable

The narrators were really good, and I enjoyed all the twists and turns the story took. It was definitely worth the credit.

Must read!

This book has it all. Action packed plot, angst, sexy anti hero, strong female characters and romance. It was well structured and the plot promises lots of trouble for the bad boy bikers and the ladies that bring them to their knees. The narrators were awesome and brought this story to life.

Loved this one - has a great storyline with extremely well developed characters. The book is fast-paced and has tons of action. The heroine was awesome! Independent, self-sufficient. Great sexual tension throughout the book. This is first book in a series can’t wait for the next one! The narration was outstanding as well.
