The prayer book was better

I do like what Michael Cohen has to say about America and how it has changed since the Trump era. However, he gets into a lot of grievances and self-pity, as well as yelling, “it’s not fair” constantly throughout the book. We all have to pay taxes, and we all have to be responsible for our tax returns, and not put the blame on our accountants, which is what he did throughout the book. “ boo-hoo I got caught not paying taxes” “the punishment was too harsh!” was a lot of the book.

LOVED IT!

Even the narrator speaks like Cohen! Excellent book. I wish more people would take heed of his warnings as well as the warnings of Mary Trump. Catch his podcast MeaCulpa - not only informative with excellent guests but I appreciate Cohen’s unbridled frankness. Go Michael! GO!

True Confessions from Cohen

I was there. Not just in time and place but in mind. I follow conservative media as well as liberal. I have an open mind and as a scientist I am disciplined to investigate before having an opinion. Politically I am Independent moderate conservative.. So I must say that Michael Cohen is a hero and a true loyal AMERICAN! His recollections are extremely high on the reality scale. They are highly truthful and accurate. At a time when lying is rampant in politics, one side has embraced it overwhelmingly. Here Michael Cohen is confessing truthfully as he knows it because of love of country over politics. Come on Americans, LOVE YOUR COUNTRY AGAIN, not your politics!!

Outstanding

Michael Cohen has provided a great look into what happened to him at the hands of a corrupt president and attorney general. He has shown how the DOJ was manipulated by these individuals and has given a great path on how to fix the system. I am appalled at how he is still paying for his crimes when others who have committed worse are free. This is a must read for every citizen.

Storyline was great ……

Though I thoroughly enjoyed the contents of the book, I was not at all happy with the reader - he made it hard to listen to the story line

Honest

This was a excellent listen. Sad but true Mr. Cohen endured a lot of pain. One things for sure though. If anybody knows the Orange faced Richard Cranium he surely does.

I’ve seen Michael on TV a lot

But never realized how wise he is. I couldn’t stop listening to the book. Thank you Michael for so articulately telling this story to the American public. I pray they listen. And you’re funny!

The truth from a man who lived it!

I have listened to "The Trump Tapes" and "Disloyal" and now "Revenge" and all three sources point to the unmistakable fact that Trump is only out for himself regardless of the cost to the country and its people. He is clearly a liar and a con man with no moral center and the only thing he believes in is money! He will do anything, say anything, and toss anyone aside in order to gain more wealth. He will use any means possible and any means at his disposal to trample those he sees as an "enemy". He must not, and can never be allowed anywhere near the seat of power of our country again. He failed to uphold the oath of office. He failed as commander-n-chief and took no steps to stop the attack on the Capital in an attempt to stay in office. He is, clearly, and Ego driven Narcissist and a Sociopath with only one goal and that is to stay out of court and out of jail by any means possible and at the expense of anyone, even his family. He has no friends because he does not trust anyone. The Twice Impeached president is now and will always be an Ego driven Narcissist and Sociopath. He has had his time in the spotlight and his time is up! His greatest fear is once out of office and without the protection of DOJ and Bill Barr he will no longer be "breaking news"! Trump wants and desperately needs the spotlight, without it he will be just the angry Ex and Twice Impeached president fighting to stay out of court and jail! It is Time to Stop looking for leadership from a 1 Term, Twice Impeached Ex president with nothing to offer!

Narrator not as great as Disloyal, still riveting

We all know Trump is a criminal just waiting to be indicted. Cohen has unparalleled insight and his second book is as riveting as the first one. I prefer Disloyal mostly because it's backward looking and the narrator is more pleasant.

Riveting

I couldn’t stand Michael Cohen until I read this book. How wonderful to get a different look at him and now empathize with him for all he has endured with spirit intact. Bravo!
