THE WORLDWIDE #1 BESTSELLER BEHIND NETFLIX'S THE LINCOLN LAWYER

THE PATH TO JUSTICE CAN BE PAVED WITH LIES

Defense attorney Mickey Haller - The Lincoln Lawyer - rides the wave of freeing a wrongfully convicted man from prison.

Inundated with pleas from incarcerated people claiming innocence, Haller enlists the help of ex-LAPD detective Harry Bosch to find the next case which could result in a resurrection walk.

When Bosch finds a needle in the haystack - a woman imprisoned for murdering her husband, a sheriff's deputy - they discover evidence that doesn't add up, and a department pushed for quick closure in the killing of one of its own.

But is this rushed justice - or something more sinister?

As they face a David versus Goliath court battle, the secrets which could lead to an innocent woman walking free could also mark the end of the Haller-Bosch dream team. . .

Riveting roller coaster ride in a Lincoln

Of all the Michael Connelly crime novels I have read, this was the hardest to put down. Intricate well-constructed plot, great characterization, Developing the characters Bosch and Haller in later life. Connolly provides a credible balance between defense and prosecution, as ever with his riveting portrayal of law and order in Los Angeles. The twists and turns drive the narrative in his typical style.

An author at the top of his game

An excellent book, you will find it hard to pause. An original storyline, very good narration...I rate this the best book in the Bosch series..even though Mickey Holler has the lead role. Highly recommended.

Love Harry Bosch but….

Love Harry Bosch, Titus Welliver as narrator and the character of Mikey Haller. Absolutely HATE the narration of Peter Giles! He sounds like he is pushing his breath out with every word he utters, exaggerating every P, T, S. Was ready to return the title when the conversation went: Ssssssands sssssaid, sssssssands ssssssssaid, sssssssands sssssssssaid. The love for Harry and Michael Connelly keep me listening on.

Combo of characters

Great new edition. Enjoyable and wasn’t expecting more from Bosch.

Not tiny gripe is the classic. 1 thing goes well then 1 thing goes bad pattern in the court proceding.

Great story though and like where they are all heading I their futures.

Innocent victim

Michael Connelly has done it again. There’s nothing like a riveting court drama and this is one of the best I have heard

Unputdownable! Michael Connelly At His Best

I eagerly await each new book from Michael Connelly. He's hands down one of my favorite authors. And then...I finish it far too quickly. However, I always go back to his books for another listen. I couldn't put down Resurrection Walk. What a great book!

While the cover is labelled as a Lincoln Lawyer book, it also features Harry Bosch. Harry is now working for his half brother, Mickey Haller, as a part time investigator. Haller is coming off of a big win and has Harry vetting requests for another 'Resurrection Walk' case.

This is not a jury case, instead Mickey is presenting his case to only one person - a Federal judge. The stakes are high, as is the tension. And the other is are just as determined. Connelly's courtroom legalese is detailed and is presented and written so listeners understand what's going on. The courtroom machinations, the ups and downs of rulings and Mickey's plans are fascinating to read.

Connelly's characters' personal lives are always moving forward. Familiar supporting players, Cisco, Lorna, Maggie Fierce, Maddy and more, make cameo appearances. It's been hard to see Harry age and take a lesser role. I think of him as an old war horse. It was different to see him on the defense side of the table instead of the prosecution. Mickey may be making some changes as well. Only the next book will tell.

An absolute addicting, can't put it down book! More please.
The narrators Christine Lakin, Peter Giles, Titus Welliver were outsanding with the delivery of the story

Mix of the best Bosch/Haller narrators and a great story!

A really good Lincoln Lawyer story with lots of Bosch in it, almost 50/50 I’d say. Also, the best narrators, Peter Giles as Mickey and Titus, amazing as usual, as Bosch!

The story is good! I personally really like the combination of Haller and Bosch, best of both worlds. Aside from Haller/Bosch, the storyline is also good, with a new twisting case for Haller.
