Publisher's summary

Debt, Dating, and a Dead body.... What's a girl to do?

Twenty-five-year-old rookie Repo Agent, Andrea Sloan, doesn't like accepting help from anyone - especially not arrogant musicians who are too charming for their own good. Even though she swore off men years ago, Andi finds herself drawn to handsome rockstar, Cooper Barnett, as he continually pops up in her life when she least expects it.

Their budding relationship becomes even more complicated when Cooper talks Andi into letting him ride-along on one of her repos, and they come across a very naked, very dead body. Being charged with murder and spending a night in jail is bad enough, but when the police don't seem to be making any headway on finding the real killer, Andi begins to do her own investigation - much to the frustration of the homicide detective in charge.

The closer she gets to discovering the killer, the more her own life is in danger. Time is running out. Andi must figure out who the killer is before she goes to prison for a crime she didn't commit, or worse, becomes the next dead body.

Repo Girl

This was a very exciting audio, I listen to it driving to Tampa and half the way coming back. I was so sorry to hear that Liz got blown up, that was very very sad. Cooper and Andi were charged with murder because the naked dead guy fell up against her when she hit the dear. This was such an interesting audio. I was so glad that the bald haired guy killed the guy that was going to kill Andi. This was such an exciting audio, it worried me that they were going to kill Cooper and Andi, but fortunately she survived everything. And I was so sad when the detective got shot, and fortunately they rushed him to the hospital and he is out of surgery. Heartbreaking that Detective Richard was the bad cop. Unfortunately, she was killed. And, the bad cop that brought Andi to be killed. Such an amazing 😉 audiobook. Next Repo Girl Christmas.

No spoilers

This was a first listen/read by Fenton and Bishop. At first I wasn't sure if I was going to return this audio. It started good then slowed for me and the narration bugged. Then there were a couple of times the writing felt high school kids. Out of nowhere it snapped to for me and got good. The narrator settled down writing got real good and the mystery was fantastic and sucked me in. There was suspense, romance and a few chuckles. Overall stick with it. This was a first book in a series and there always the hardest to review. I will be listening to book 2.

Good start to a new series

Jane Fenton has written what I can only describe as a good start to a new series. The characters are well developed and enjoyable. I look forward to the next in the series.
