that I had over something this book ends without knowing who the criminals are in any case if Kate ever remembers Liam horrible ending! I'm going to go back and reread my other books!

Story drops off without any resolution
I am a huge fan of Jude Deveraux books. I don't think she has ever left her readers hanging like this before. normally she finishes the story of her main characters & the next book in the series is about one of the other characters.
This book leaves us hanging, not knowing if there is another book to come that will finish the story. I am disappointed but have faith that Ms Deveraux will come through for us in the end.

Disappointed
Normally I rush out to be one of the first ones to buy any Jude Deveraux book because I know I am in for a good read. However I was very disappointed with Chance of a Lifetime. The ending of this book made me wish I could get a refund and very sorry I purchased the book. What was she thinking or maybe not??

As a rule...I love Jude Deveraux!!!
However, this was not my favorite book. I struggled to get thru it! The characters didn't resonate. I didn't particularly like any of them. I didn't enjoy the story and usually... Time Travel is my jam.
I don't see myself recommending this book.
Susan Bennett is an awesome narrator.
