Powerful book

The message is very clear and resonant, especially in the first half of the book. Deep listening of the words can lead you into a lasting understanding of what it means to live without time, to be here with the actuality of what is.

There is a fair amount of material in this book that speaks to different aspects of living, and about how portals into the moment are available in any situation.

I’m thankful for this book and hope that others receive its gift as well.

I am doing meditations for the past 7 months and this book has helped me understand better how to look at my emotions. it Is simple and direct to the point, however, be aware, it has a deeper concept on each example. it is a must hear. the :)

So good, yet so hard to fully understand

I recommend everyone should read this. I will read it over and over. I see the benefits but I have trouble understanding it all. I take issue with God not being something that answers prayers. I’ve had many prayers answered. I know I did not bring that about so how is that explained. God cannot be only within. I will read again to see if I missed or did not understand that correctly

Truthfully if you are looking to enlighten yourself and lift your spirits I recommend this book to you!
