Although the journey is challenging, Eckhart Tolle offers simple language in a question and answer format. The words themselves are the signposts to guide you on your journey. There are new discoveries to be made along the way: you are not your mind, you can find your way out of psychological pain, authentic human power is found by surrendering to the Now. When you become fully present and accepting of what is, you open yourself to the transforming experience of The Power of Now.

Prepare to awaken
I wish I had read this book sixty years ago.
Literally changed my life, guaranteed to listen to this over and over again. So many questions answered. If everyone listened to this and applied it in their every day lives, we would live in a very different world.
I listen to this book whenever I notice myself forgetting to be mindful, or whenever I just need the reminder. It re-centers me. Every single time I listen to it, something new makes sense. Sometime I need to hear the same words a few times before they really resonate. This was my favorite purchase on Audible, to date. It's worth every penny, and then some. That Eckhart reads it himself just makes this book all the more wonderful.
Tolle's voice is soothing. His words, inspiring. The world is full of hope and love and light. And once you see it... wow.
So firstly, I used this book to fall asleep to. His monotone was perfect. However, it was fitting for the subject, becoming your true self in the present. I would not have been able to finish this book in written format. It did give me a glimpse as to the involvement needed to perfect your perception of the present, the now.
