Although the journey is challenging, Eckhart Tolle offers simple language in a question and answer format. The words themselves are the signposts to guide you on your journey. There are new discoveries to be made along the way: you are not your mind, you can find your way out of psychological pain, authentic human power is found by surrendering to the Now. When you become fully present and accepting of what is, you open yourself to the transforming experience of The Power of Now.

"One of the best books to come along in years. Every sentence rings with truth and power." (Deepak Chopra)
"A reminder to be truly present in our own lives and liberated from our past and future. It can transform your thinking." (O: The Oprah Magazine)
The spiritual expressions as narrated by Eckhart Tolle in this Book are the same in contents as I have heard from various seers and preachers in India only form is different.
I "now" understand the true meaning of "I was blind, but now I see." I have lived a life consumed with pain & suffering...until today. I am now ever grateful for the revelation Eckhart so clearly describes as the practice of forgiveness and awakening through conscious attention to the now. I even recognize that a wish of having this knowledge in yesteryear would only constitute submitting to time & begetting more pain and suffering. Already I am experiencing the relief of suffering by forcing myself to focus in right now thinking patterns. This book is an indescribable prescription for living versus existing in unconscious darkness. Thank you Eckhart Tolle!!!!!!! My transformation is underway.
Each time I listen to Tolle's book, I find more answers to questions I have been asking for over a decade. Tolle also makes sense of my Guru's teachings. He provides simple "how-to's" on difficult practices and explains well concepts which are difficult to grasp.
Eckart Tolle has a perspective about the Now that was enlightening and transformative. He provides spiritual exercises to try that were easy and effective. He explains complex and confusing concepts in a way I could understand and made sense. Bravo!
I started this book with a skeptical mindset. Had I realized what an effect it would have for me, I would have paid a thousand dollars for it. More than that, the insights are priceless
