Join Eckhart Tolle in The Secret of Self-Realization for an intensive two-session program pointing us toward the firsthand experience of our essential nature beyond the mind. After years of anxiety and depression, how was it that Eckhart came to suddenly realize a vastness of peace and inner freedom? Through the cessation of the thinking that was creating all of the drama in the first place, Eckhart discovered a sense of identity beyond “the little me.” The Secret of Self-Realization invites you to transcend the frustration and dissatisfaction of a thought-based life to experience the liberation that unfolds when the dimension of “being” takes precedence.

When we hear the word “purpose,” we tend to think about striving to reach a certain goal in the future. “There is another kind of purpose that has nothing to do with time,” explains Eckhart Tolle. “This is your primary purpose—to be here fully in whatever you do so that the preciousness of the present moment remains paramount.” With Finding Your Life’s Purpose, Eckhart presents a two-session program on making the transition from “thought-based” living to the realization of presence as the foundation for all you do.

From that spaciousness comes a deeper intelligence that Eckhart Tolle calls “alert stillness”—or our essential nature beyond form. From Stillness to Presence explores our role in the evolution of human consciousness and how we can each begin to invite the arising of awareness in our lives.

Story
Humanity now, perhaps more than in any previous time, has an opportunity to create a new, saner, more loving world. This will involve a radical inner leap from the current egoic consciousness to an entirely new one. In illuminating the nature of this shift in consciousness, Tolle describes in detail how our current ego-based state of consciousness operates. Then gently, and in very practical terms, he leads us into this new consciousness. We will come to experience who we truly are and learn to live and breathe freely.

We tend to think of meditation as a formal practice we block time out for each day. But what if every moment of your life was your meditation? For Eckhart Tolle, meditation shouldn't be approached as a chore or a means to an end. Rather, meditation is something that you live. "The aim of meditation," states Eckhart, "is that it eventually becomes your normal state of consciousness." Essential Meditations with Eckhart Tolle points the way toward this quiet, constant state of Presence - where practice gives way to the realization of your innermost identity.

On the other hand, explains Eckhart Tolle, in any given moment we have the chance to remain open to life, align with what is, and experience the natural sense of peace and aliveness that he calls "the joy of being".

Publisher's summary
Yes, you have a name, a personal history, and important goals and aspirations. But there is so much more to you than that. Recorded on retreat in Rishikesh, India, The Deepest Truth of Human Existence invites you to join Eckhart Tolle to realize who you are beyond the thought-based "little me" that too often dominates our lives.
Eckhart begins by exploring the way we come to develop a separate sense of self and how, from a very young age, our minds are conditioned to maintain what he calls "the story in the head". Offering practical pointers for freeing ourselves from "the primacy of the ego", Eckhart guides us into the direct experience of our essential nature beyond the level of thinking as he discusses:
- Honoring our psychological identities and the important roles they serve
- The mind's need for opposition - and the choice to surrender to the totality of the cosmos
- The unconditioned consciousness from which all phenomena arise
"The truth of who we are is never found in the past or future," explains Eckhart. "It is here, now, immediate." The Deepest Truth of Human Existence gives you the opportunity to make this great discovery yourself.

Problems arise when our perception of the dream becomes clouded with negativity, drama, and judgment (of ourselves and others), because it's in these moments of suffering that we have forgotten that we are the architects of our own reality and we have the power to change our dream if we choose.

Story
The book of Enoch was thought to be lost for over 2,000 years until, in 1773, a traveller brought three copies back from Ethiopia. Whether or not this ancient book was actually authored by Enoch, the father of Methuselah and great-grandfather of Noah, is an ongoing debate among historians and theologians. But all recognise the book of Enoch as one of the most important apocalyptic works outside of the Bible.

In simple language and with quiet humor, Eckhart Tolle explores the profound mystery of who we are. Eckhart begins this talk by presenting the problem we face as human beings: Almost all of us have created a rigid sense of identity based on our history, our mental interpretations, and our memories of the past. It is who we think we are, "our story", and we constantly support it with endless thoughts in habitual patterns.

What is your relationship to time? For most us, the ticking of the clock propels our attention away from the here and now—and toward an imaginary future that our thoughts tell us is far more important. This leads to frustration and suffering and robs us of the richness of life available only in the timeless present.
The Doorway into Now challenges the thought-based concept of time, inviting us to “step out of the stream of mental activity” and discover the formless, eternal essence of who we are beyond the mind—what Eckhart often describes as “stillness.”

The essence of meditation is not something we do; rather, it is simply to be, fully present and aligned with life in the moment. This is the central teaching of Eckhart Tolle’s What Is Meditation? In this audio session, Eckhart helps us transcend our beliefs and ideas about meditation—including the tendency to turn the practice into a means to an end—in order to realize directly our formless nature as being that is primary to any doing.
