Ready to be healed?
Thank you Steve for an excellent job of capturing the core principles of the Healing system by Dr. Sarno. Many who will listen to this book could be healed by applying the summary of the system. Others might need to listen a couple of more times, Or if time permits, open one of Dr Sarno's books.

Karl Yung quotes are often an introductory glimpse into Orthodox Christian mystical theology. I find Symeon the theologian and philokalia to go more completely into the heart and unconscious nous to tackle logismoi battles within.
Highly recommend this book To any suffering from physical pains. What do you have to lose, except unnecessary pains, and reducing the expense of medical treatments that have a lower success ratio.

Indeed a small book with a big message everyone should be aware of. I am part of a healing ministry and I have witnessed many people heal as God renews their minds and they understand the roots of their pain. Eckhart Tolle’s pain-body explained
For those who follow eckhart Tolle and have heard him talk about pain-body will find many answers to what that actually is in this book and all of Dr. Sarno books....pain-body the suppression of emotions manifesting its-self in the body to hide emotions.... and soooo much more.

Wonderful
I loved this audiobook. It elaborates Dr. Sarno’s discoveries in a way that further solidified the concepts for me. If you’ve read Dr. Sarno’s books this is well worth a listen. Steven has a great way of bringing the message and information to another level. I’m so grateful to have found both of them.
