Publisher's summary

Red is the color of blood, sacrifice, danger, and courage. It’s also associated with heat, passion, and sexuality. When two people meet unexpectedly with an inexplicable attraction that defies common understanding...it can be called Red Sin.

Julia and Van found one another in a shaken snow globe. Stranded in a blizzard, they embraced being two individuals with no last names. The plan was to walk away from each other with no regrets - until that plan changed.

Julia’s life was delivered a staggering blow the day she discovered her fiancé’s infidelity. The night she met a handsome stranger, one who showed her the possibility of a life filled with more than the fulfillment of expectations, she took a chance.

When it comes to business, Donovan Sherman is a wolf - a bloodthirsty carnivore who leaves wounded prey and victims in his wake. He learned from the best, his onetime nemesis and now-mentor, Lennox Demetri, who showed him that opportunities are only ripe for those willing to risk it all, a lesson Donovan took to heart.

With Julia McGrath, Donovan must decide if this beautiful woman who showed him the meaning of red sin will fall victim as his prey, or if after experiencing the unbridled passion, there is more that he wants.

From New York Times best-selling author Aleatha Romig, comes a brand-new age-gap, family saga, chance meeting, contemporary romantic-suspense novel in the world of high finance, where success is sweet and revenge is sweeter.

❤️ DAYS FLEW BY AS I BINGED THE WHOLE SERIES ❤️

I’ve been eagerly.. and dare I say it greedily.. anticipating the listen of the series since Red Sin’s release last year but I really didn’t want to start the series until the final book (Dark Knight) was released for two reasons. 1. I get far more enjoyment from binge-listening to the entire series without long forget everything pauses and 2. I know firsthand what this gifted Author’s cliffhangers and wait times between books do to my wellbeing, heart, soul and blood pressure!! However, since knowing that book four’s release date was finally here, every… single… chance I could get over this week I’ve been blissfully immersed in Donavan (aka Van) and Julia’s turbulent ride.. and what a spectacular journey those 37+ hours were and what a crater they’ve left where my book hangover now mournfully lies. There’s SO SO much in this rollercoaster as action and deadly drama go hand in hand.. as web after web are uncovered.. as secrets on top of secrets come to the surface.. as naive pawns are moved by expert players.. and, as smoke clears to revelations amidst the carnage and chaos. However, Van and Julia’s sizzling chemistry and love holds them shaken but solid in their unbreakable snow globe. Emotions, sex, torment, bloodshed, heartache, fear, tears and so much more are in their futures.. but so are wonderful awakenings, firsts, character growth, sexual pleasures, blue skies, friendships forged, blessings, happy endings and love.. love.. love.

Worth a credit? Well, we’re really talking four for the whole series, and yes.. yes.. yes.. and yes IMO, each and every one of these well-written, entertaining and thoroughly enjoyable books were very very creditworthy as the five star dual POV narration transports you into a passionate, dangerous, suspense-filled, addictively Sinful ride.

The audiobook made the experience 10x better!

☆☆☆☆☆
Red Sin is what’s whispered when two people meet unexpectedly with an inexplicable attraction that defies common understanding. I read this as an eARC and loved it.
Julia McGrath and Donovan Sherman met on the white ribbon when he saved her during a blizzard. They spend an incredibly hot night together. The next day, she finds out he’s her potential new boss. She moves in to his huge house in the middle of a winter wonderland to work for him. There, she comes across one mystery after another with red sin always burning hot between them the more time they spend together.
The dual narration from Stephen Dexter and Samantha Prescott added to the whole Aleatha Romig experience. Stephen Dexter’s voice was incredibly sexy and deep. I will definitely be listening to more books narrated by him. If you love audiobooks written by Aleatha, then you need this one. This is my honest opinion, freely given.

Enjoyed getting back into the Sin world!

Having first picked up Red Sin i was so glad when i found out there was an audiobook! I started listening to it as soon as i could and got back into the Sin world! I enjoyed this listen so much!

I've listened to Stephen's narration before but this was my first time listening to Samantha. These two were so great with their narrating and i loved how i was pulled into this story even more because of them.

Once again, Van and Julia's journey pulled me in! I really liked how these two were brought together and the way i felt so much with them. This first installment kept me on my toes and had me feeling so much!

With Red Sin, Ms.Romig has created such a good story that you won't want to turn away from! I can't wait for more with the second installment, Green Envy! I am so looking forward to listening to more of Stephen and Samantha's narration in the future as well!

Wonderful start to the series!

What an amazing book with an age gap, insta-chemistry, dominance, and secrets. When Juila's car loses traction and gets stuck in a snowstorm, she saved by a mountain man. Their attraction is instant but for only one night. At least, that's what they both thought. Days later, Julia meets her mountain man again but this time he is a powerful CEO, Donovan. He has hired her to write his memoir and their attraction to each other grows stronger. However, secrets from Van's past and newly discovered secrets in Julia's life are bubbling at the surface.

I love how their relationship jumped from a one to a ten in intensity. Van and Julia are super hot together and balance each other out. I'm anxious to learn his secrets from his past. Their age gap is around 15 years and I think that is the perfect amount. Julia has been somewhat sheltered in her life but meeting Van has given her the strength to be on her own and do what she wants to do.

Samantha Prescott is a new to me narrator and I loved her performance as Julia. Stephen Dexter was his normal gruffy perfection. He was the perfect choice to play the secretive, alpha Van.

Mrs Roming - Does it again

This book is fabulous. Then again I might be a bit biased. This woman could write a cereal box and I would love to read it. I have yet to pick up a book of hers that wasn't suspenseful, intriguing, romantic, and a little dirty. This wine does get better with age. Every book/ series is better than the last. I highly recommend this book.

Intriguing

Good start to the series; it has held my attention and I can’t wait to listen to Book 2. The narrators did a great job with characters. My only criticism is that the books should be sold as a series based on the length, at least 2 books together. It’s all about the money. On to Book 2!

Boring until

This book was boring, and I almost didn't finish it. The instant love was too much. I only kept reading because I know the author is good with suspense. However, she did not give enough clues for the suspense. The book got interesting the chapter. I would say the very last line. I will continue to the next book. If the next book drags like the this one, I will not continue with the series.

Male narrator detracted

The male narrator has such a terrible female character voice that it distracted. I also thought the story did not move along. Maybe this is because author’s now our breaking into two books but this dragged.
