Communication is a learned skill. However, while most people are born with the physical ability to talk, not all can communicate well unless they make special efforts to develop and refine this skill further. Very often, we take the ease with which we communicate with each other for granted, so much so that we sometimes forget how complex the communication process is. In Real Estate Marketing, good communication skills can play a vital role to bring clients to the level where property dealer and client must come to a certain level to meet their expectations level.

A great deal of our time, money, and personal effort go into marketing our expertise and qualities to the public to build a client base. Once we've done a great job for them, repeat business and referrals will follow. But first, we must do business with them. Marketing featuring the skills and qualities they value will give us a leg up in this area.

To explain all the features required of good communicators, you need to delve into the nature of verbal communication in its various modes. Basic questions are: How can you put yourself on a path that would make you into a better communicator? How can you develop skills to overcome some fears or limitations?

Poor narration makes this book a fail

After suffering through the first hour of this book I could take no more. The author/narrator's use of the English language leaves much to be desired. The book is riddled with extra words that make no sense. For example, here is an excerpt from chapter 12: "There really is only one exam you will want to pass, study hard and also you might possibly take action in a couple of months. Naturally this varies slightly from state to mention." Another from the same chapter: "He also advises aspiring entrepreneurs to appear into getting liability insurance". Neither of these sentences make any sense. Much of the book is like this making it frustrating to listen to.

Additionally, if you will read the titles of the 20 or five star reviews I believe you may suspect, as do I, they were written by the same person with the same grammar issues: " A very simple and well-spoken this audible. ", "I would highly recommended to listen this book. " , "This audible will enable you to unhesitatingly." , "This audible keeps maintaining its knowledge "

I also noticed that all 20 reviews were written on the same day.
