As someone who's been struggling with some anxiety and occasional insomnia, finding ways to wind down and actually get a good night's sleep has been tough. Best one out there
I deal with anxiety randomly. It will hit me and I have to sometimes just be alone and listen to calming music. I found this audiobook and it really distracts me whenever I have a wave of anxiety hit me. I enjoy this a lot.
