great resource

I really needed something to help me get over my terror of publicly speaking! This book is a good resource that covers alittle bit of the psychology behind the fear, and tips and tricks on what to do, and what to not do, which is equally important! The narrator had a nice tone and flow to her voice so it was easy listening

Enjoying this very much

I actually will be teaching a course very soon to many people for the first time and this audio book was really timely. It allowed me to get in the right mind space to know who I am, and who I can be as a presenter. I like that I could rewind key points that I believe applies to me. I will be listening to this book again.

Also the reader was very clear and easy to follow.

Fantastic!

This book helps with every part of public speaking, from big things like finding and training your voice to small details like where to put your hands. If you are nervous about an up coming speaking event I would highly recommend this book. The narrator was also very good, she’s easy to listen to and adds to the book in a positive way.

Helpful!

This book was so helpful. Public speaking is not something that comes easily to me but this virtual year has forced me to publicly speak more in meetings and classes. I liked how this book looked at public speaking as something that was evolving and catered towards those changes. It had an easy pace and was a clear guide. It's definitely one of those books I'd return to and 100% recommend.
