recommend for those hurting/can't let go
this is a great tool to stop hurting, let go of abuser, and build self esteem after abusive relationship. it has made a huge, positive difference in my healing. I'd been stuck for several months and just couldn't let go of the love and hope i had. definitely helped a lot in breaking trauma bond and increase self esteem.
