Publisher's summary

At last, science and the soul shake hands. Writing in a style that is both lucid and charming, mischievous and profound, Dr. Amit Goswami uses the language and concepts of quantum physics to explore and scientifically prove metaphysical theories of reincarnation and immortality.

In Physics of the Soul, Goswami helps listeners understand the perplexities of the quantum physics model of reality and the perennial beliefs of spiritual and religious traditions. He shows how they are not only compatible but also provide essential support for each other. The result is a deeply broadened, exciting, and enriched worldview that integrates mind and spirit into science.

Insightful

Definitely worth listening to more than twice. Gives insight and hope to what comes next post life and gives the sense and encouragement to live in the now while we still can. Build good karma and be a good person during this experience of being a human.

The Soul DOES live on!

I have been "studying" consciousness for years. I believe it to be the most profound, most important question facing humanity: what is the genesis of our consciousness, is it tied to a Soul? Do we have a Soul? Physics Of The Soul answered these questions for me and many I had not thought to ask. Bravo to Amit G for a fine telling of "eternity".
I would recommend this book to anyone questioning our existence.

Jibber jabber grandiose delusions

The author claims he understands consciousness based on his knowledge of quantum mechanics, but it’s merely cherry picking quantum mechanics examples to ‘explain’ consciousness, reincarnation and afterlife. He uses quantum mechanics analogies as supporting info for his conclusions without scientific evidence about answers that cannot be verified at this time. He also speak about quantum mechanics as if it can explain everything when as of today it can’t even be unified with gravity. He uses religion, specifically Hindu, to support his views. He also brought up Christianity and other religions to include majority of readers who are not Hindus. The biggest turn off and a red flag was when he said telekinesis was confirmed in a controlled scientific study. He also brought up remote viewing and psychokinesis as if they are confirmed phenomena. While this book may sound legit, most info is unverified and way too many assumptions were presented as facts. he maybe right about some of the points he made, they were educated guesses at best as there are no proofs. It’s a waste of time to read this cult leader wannabe book.

Way over my head

This must be a book used to teach extremely smart students . I listened to the whole thing but it was not understandable for me since I am not familiar with the religions language he spoke of. Probably a brilliant book to more spiritual people. Very scientific also. Not my language either. It made me realize how uneducated I must be.
