This is an amazing book and plan. I only wish I could have read it in my 20's. I recommend this book to any women that is struggling with mood, weight and for those looking to have children. I hope she does a menopause book next!

Her book has great information for all women. My only complaint is that I could have used less of her 'selling herself' and her coaching business. She could have done a better job at just presenting the information and less pushing her coaching business.

Only small negative is the voices of the case studies - would be good if they were the actual people who responded, more real and heartfelt, they sound like robots.
