Extremely informative & helpful.

I loved this book! It was simple to understand, which made it simple to apply the techniques, even for a child. My 7 year old son listened to it along with me a lot of times. He was able to understand what they said & see the importance of this book.

Exactly what you are looking for!

I wish I had had a resource like this 15 years ago. This is the most comprehensive and easy to understand ADHD self help book I've found.

Good resource for those with ADHD

This is a good book for those with or think they have ADHD. This book comes a little late for my marriage but perhaps soon enough to get my own life direction rather than always trying to catch two rabbits.

Recently diagnosed at age 40

Great book! Very easy to follow. I loved that she explained not just natural ways but also people who use medication. Adding the naturals ways have helped tremendously. I definitely recommend this books if you need an explanation and better understanding of ADHD and proven ways that can help you be your best self
