If you are dealing with a very rude narcissist I'd advise that you not only AUDIBLE but also get expert help. I have decided that I'm enclosed by narcissists so it is in my best interest to somehow know them and regain some sense of control over how much I allow them to affect my moods. I've decided some of the advice in this audiobook and they seem healthy.

This is an excellent book.
This is an excellent book. I found it very helpful. The Narcissist in Your Life was not only helpful as I was reading but also as a reference book to reread as you need it. I highly recommend getting this book. You will find it easy to read and very informative in dealing with the narcissists in your life. It will really help in you own healing.

Practical, empathetic, empowering, effective.
A bit harsh and at times feels like it’s repeating simple facts you may know but stick it out. It’s worth it and more importantly focused on you the victim and your needs. Not the abuser and “why they treated you this way”, “how can you help them”, etc. It directs the necessary attention and empathy but firmness that someone stuck in this cycle needs. Good luck.
