a must for vikings

very informative.
covering the history, origins, and tales of norse gods and the mythology there.
going into viking beginnings, adventures, lifestyles, ways of life and beliefs.
onto legendary vikings and many stories on each of their expeditions and victories or demise.
also coverage on how the norse has impacted our seasons, days, months, and Hollidays, aswell as the influence norse had in christianity and our culture.
I enjoyed the different categories explained under one subject. very necessary for anyone interested in history, vikings, norse, paganism, spiritual development, and adventure.

Nice

Good information about the vikings and the Norse.

Having lived in Western/Northern Europe, it's interesting to read about the gods and goddesses they worshipped. I also played some video games that were all about Hel, Freya, and Thor. So this makes it even more interesting, because this guide includes so many details. I loved the fact that there were also some general facts about the viking society. The story about Ragnar was very elaborate, but that didn't bother me either.

Thanks, Kelly. I will keep following this brand a bit.

Cool

Yes, I like things like this: Not again Zeus and Hades but Thor and Odin! Let's go! I loved the information in this book, and I'm looking more from the same author and narrator.

not great

the pronunciation of some words and names are almost offensive, and the condensed sagas and stories of the gods have details wrong and do not do them justice. the historical part of this book was ok. I almost regret using a credit on it.
