This sequel to Patient Zero brings Joe Ledger back into action.
Zero Tolerance picks up a few weeks after the close of Maberry’s action-thriller Patient Zero. Dropping back into the world of former Baltimore cop Joe Ledger, the Department of Military Sciences, and flesh-eating zombies, fans of the series will finally see the tying up of a few loose ends.

Right Up There in the TOP TOP TOP.
Amira in the caves.
No movies. They'd probably put someone stupid like Tom Cruise as Joe and I'd have to vomit.
I love the fact that this short ties up Book One.
I'd recommend it to fans of the Joe Ledger series but it is too short to waste a credit on.
Ray's performance was amazing as usual.
Comic book edition to the previous book on a WHAT HAPPENED NEXT? Really it could have been a final chapter of the book.
I love Joe Ledger, his sardonic nature and all the rest. When I can't find another good book or one I bought was not very good, I listen to patient zero. This filled in blanks left from that book.
When he puts the gun to his nemisis.
Would be a scene spoiler.
I am going to listen again because I was confused why part of his team with a vast amount of weapons couldn't take out the few walkers they encountered. It was dark and the team knew they were hostiles and didn't just take them out. Unless they were eating people, how would they know they were different and be freaked?
Myst/thrillers, some contemporary and ✨fun fantasies✨are my favorites but always open for a good story.
This was a short that tied up the main loose end of Patient Zero. I'm glad that the loose end was not the next book.
I am an Avid Reader, I love all different kinds of books, from Mystery to Sci Fi and Horror.
This could have been the post script to the original book, there was no reason at all to waste not only the time to make it separate, but my money spent buying it.
Nothing more from Jonathan Maberry.
the entire thing, I would have just added it to the end of the book
