Abby Cooper's next mission may truly be impossible....
Abby Cooper, the FBI's newest civilian profiler, is adding "spy" to her resume. The military's digital photography software that captures one's aura - just like Abby can - sits in a drone aircraft that's been stolen. It's a major breach in security, as every country's leader can be identified by their aura.... Abby springs into action to stop the criminals before they set their diabolical plan into motion, while making herself a prime target.

It was stll a lot of fun but I don't know if I like Abby and Dutch being Mr. and Mrs. Smith. I rather her be the Psychic who gets involved in the occatinal crime and not the spy who occatianly becomes psychic. But I have to say I loved the "bad guy" in this book... He is too attractive to not to come back!
The whole idea of this story
it fit all the action which preceded it
Performance was fine
No, just wanted to finish it
If ever psychic determinations were needed it was in this book.
I really like this series, a bit sappy I suppose, but fun none the less.
This time was once again had a very different setting than previous ones. Kept it fun.
The story line was slow and boring. The narrator's voices are starting to get less and less different so as all the characters are beginning to sound alike. I'd also like to know when Milo began having that accent??!!
Gave it a better storyline. The CIA looking for a drone just wasn't thrilling.
I hope the next book is much better.
I really liked the story. A little involved however if you follow it closely - it does keep in guessing on how it will end.
I think the word "fiance'" may have been used too much. I know Abby must have been thrilled to be engaged but it seemed like towards the end she was telling everyone Dutch was her fiance'.
College Student that loves to listen to audio books!!!
The psychic eye mystery series is awesome! I have listened to all of them thus far and have loved them all. The narrator does a great job telling a good story. Although I would still recommend this listen, this story got a little confusing at times and almost had too much going on. Especially in the beginning setting the scene. Once you get past all the set up, the book unfolds nicely.
Abby Cooper goes International baby! Joining the CIA along with Dutch in a secret undercover mission, Abby gets in way over her head with this job ;) Abby has no idea what the CIA will be asking her to do until she's knee deep in it! With Abby being such a horrible liar, weak stomach for violence, and an overly sensitive psyche, it's pretty comical that she accepted the mission at all!
Dutch and Abby are whisked off to get briefed and trained by the CIA for this mission. They are to retrieve the information from known associates of a bad dude, while impersonating said bad dude, off of a machine that is very important and dangerous in the wrong hands, and steal it back, all while not getting killed. Are you kidding me?? If that didn't strike you with hilarity then it should of strike you with horror!
So the “in” for these two are: Dutch is going to take the identity of this bad guy who was recently arrested and being held in another country for being bad. This guy is awful! He has a bad gambling habit and debt, he only dates bimbos, and he likes to dominate and beat his women! Abby is going in as bad dude's bimbo girlfriend! So Abby is suppose to act, stupid, slutty, and obedient... we all know how that went, right?! So after Abby screwed that up and switched to being his business partner, (which had me rolling in laughter) things straightened up a bit, but not for long.
The Wonder Twins get deeply involved with their story, and start building connections and relations to get the scoop on where the stolen device is, and that makes for some interesting side characters. First one that dominates when she is around is Mandy. Mandy is the real life bad dudes girlfriend, but when Dutch and Abby figured her being around would just cramp the mission, they tried to get rid of her by him dumping her. That didn't work so well, LOL! Mandy becomes an intricate part of the story now. Mandy was true to form with being dumb as a rock, but not when it comes to money.
The fact that Abby and Dutch didn't end up dead was just pure dumb luck, and maybe a little of Abby's intuition. I really enjoyed this aspect of Abby and Dutch's lives because it took them out of their element, (home base) and they really had to stay in tune with each other and work on their professional skills in order to stay alive. Plus there was a bonus sumthin' sumthin' with Abby and one of the bad guys, wink ;) This was an awesome ride with the duo, and I can't wait to see what the future holds for them!
Narrator Elizabeth Michaels continues to do a wonderful job :)
