Another heart/gut wrenching Gerritsen Treasure

Excellent plot with well-developed characters. Gerritsen always engages her readers and listeners to the very final seconds!

Definitely not as great as her other books

I like to read/listen to Gerristens books, but the reader on this one had me droning out. The story line wasn't very good but the twist at the end was pretty good. In comparison to her other books this one didn't quite measure up.

Very enjoyable

This was a thoroughly enjoyable listen. The characters and storyline were quite belieable, which lended to the suspense factor. There were plenty of twists and turns to keep things moving along nicely. The narrator does change voices if you care about such things. As a crime mystery, this is worth the money.

Just as good as I expected. I love the Rizzoli and Isles stories. On to the next one!

Excellent Book and Narration on an Important Often Ignored Topic

I really love this author and this book is definitely one of her better ones!! The topic is very graphic and not for the faint of heart. You may find yourself boiling in different chapters, so be prepared. Somehow having the gory sex trafficking scenes read and acted audibly had a stronger impact on me than when I watch Law and Order SVU. I also have to commend Thai reader!!!! She is hands down one of the best I have heard. She does the difference voices very well and seamlessly. It really gets me into the story line even more. Just too bad it's over!

Another captivating story had me picking it up every chance I could, even if it was just 5-10 minutes.

At the same time, some parts were harder to get through due to the content...human trafficking, sexual and physical abuse. Even though the characters are fiction, knowing that this does happen, my heart ached. Wishing the whole time that someone will rescue them.

Great read

I thoroughly enjoyed this Rizzoli & Isles audiobook. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys this series.

Engrossing

This was the first book in this series I've read and I definitely want to read more now. Some things seemed to get tied up a little carelessly but I found that I just plain like Jane, and also found the subtext about her baby very believable.

Really Great

This was one of the best books I've read in a long time. Her writing flows easily and she has you on the edge of your seat the whole time. It's one of those rare books where you are wishing it wouldn't end. My next book will be another one by Tess Gerritsen.
Definately a winner!
