Vindication!

Mitch Rapp does what each one of us would love to do and say. He is politically incorrect, socially insensitive, and most of all....extremely effective!

This book takes you into what could be the next middle east crisis currently simmering on the back burner. One of the best books I have listened to in 5 years of being an audible subscriber!!

I just wish audible has more unabridged versions of his book, because the true stories lie in the sordid details, and I don't see what you can leave out and still get the full effect of Vince's insight!

Maybe some of our fearless leaders in DC should consider his common sense, no-nonsense approach to solving a problem that no amount of diplomacy seems to be able to do!

so much better than the movie

So much better than the movie and no damn PC, why Hollywood would even think they can add that into one of Mitch Rapp books is beyond me.

very slow in the beginning.

wasn't good until end. not sure why so slow. very unusual for this series. I almost gave up on this book. glad I didn't because the ending was great.

Good But Not To His Standard

I have two favorite writers and Vince Flynn is one of the two. I couldn't wait for this segment to come out since I have listened to all of the series in order.

I think all good writers have a point in their writing career when they hit a wall or least a wall they have problems getting over or around. I think Vince Flynn MAY have hit that point with this book. I was somewhat dissappointed in the flow. In his earlier books there was pure story and no extra descriptions of non-plot items. It appeared to me, at least, that he was more flowery on this book than the others. Clancy was like that. Tom Clancy aways had to exceed the number of pages than his previous novel. Story tellers have the ability to keep you on the edge of your seat with pure plot and thrills. Mitch Rapp now has too be a cold, no emotion character due to the story line. I just hope Vince Flynn gets back to his pure story line plot in the next book. Perhaps I was expecting too much. Flynn has made me expect only the best in his books and characters.

True Mitch Rapp! Lot's of action and great escapism. I hate that I'm finished already.

What am I going to do when I’ve burned through all of his adventures??? George Guidall is so wonderful and the tonality of his voice as Mitch has now been assimilated in my head. ;((
