amazing book!

I am getting so much from this book.. the author's voice is so clear, wise and entertaining.. this is a book that holds my attention and gives me lots of ideas for how to use mindfulness to manifest the life I want to live. I like how it is based in her lived experience and is full of great advice, thank you Rita for your perspective on the world!

Inspirational!

This book will wake you from your slumber. I truly enjoyed hearing the personal affect of the author, as she told us about how she wrote this book during COVID-19, and how she had been affected by it. In her journey, she had to "wake up" from the droll of everyday life, and this book does a great job of outlining different steps you can do to also wake up through discipline, inspiration, and prioritization.

Very insightful & heartfelt

Clearly, a lot of thought has gone into this book, and it is filled with many “gems of wisdom”. The kind of book that needs to be listened to a few times for it to really sink in.

Some deeply personal experiences during such an unprecedented time in our world. I’m sure everyone who listens to this will draw something important from it.

The narrator does an excellent job in bringing you into the author’s experiences and really helps to bring the best out of the material.

The result of a lot of hard work

I can see this is a result of a lot of hard work and perseverance of understanding on the part of the author. The wisdom offered here provides the basis for a balanced perspective that will help the reader appreciate the power of the mind and the right attitude regardless of the situation. Adversity Is a Real Driver

I always thought that the barns in Ohio and Wisconsin and that part of the country were automated! Just kidding!!
Yes! I agree that adversity kills us. or greatly affect our daily personal, and professional lives.

Sadly, we have no idea how to cope with adversity, or traumas in general, therefore we do not succeed or thrive. My people perish because of lack of knowledge said God.
