I Totally loved this book! I’ve been trying to figure what’s wrong with me and why I can’t seem to get pregnant for a long time now. After reading this book I realized that I was eating wrong, my sleep schedule was off and I wasn’t charting properly so I didn’t know when I was the most fertile. Dana Nelson breaks everything you need to know so well.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book! I was getting discouraged when after multiple attempts my husband and I would either not get pregnant or we would and loose the child. We had two loses before finding this book. Dana Nelson knows her stuff, she gave us hope for another try. We will be doing things a little different this time. Great book, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
