To some, it sounds like a mix of many self-help books, but the skillsets being offered here are ones people should learn for improvement...

There were some really good points and quotes in this book. It had some motivational sections as well. The material was good and laid out in a way to help you learn from the previous lessons. I read a lot of Non-Fiction and a lot of the information in here I have seen in some form throughout the years. It was a short 35 minute listen at my listening speed. The narrator did a fine job and I have no complaints. I will probably listen to this one again due to its length and message.
Disclaimer: I've been listening at 2x speed for so long anything else sounds like slow motion. My enjoyment of the narrator is based on my listening speed. I only leave 5 stars for books I've listened to multiple times. I'll update my review if I listen again.
