Has potential but not my cup of tea, to much her eyes her tits her ass, chapter long sex scenes etc… though if you like that kind of book then it’s a good book well written decent mc, side characters etc…

Really really enjoyed this book

I have listened to hundreds of this type of genre and I usually don’t write reviews because it doesn’t stir enough emotion for me to do so……BUT this author has a very good premise and his writing style is excellent! It has the perfect amount of adult content that doesn’t just focus on that aspect and completely forgo the entire plot. I thoroughly enjoyed the narrator and author and am greatly saddened that the second one isn’t out yet! Not to mention that the MC is super powerful which is exciting, but he is in a new body that has to rise to the position of power that he had in the past, so not everything is handed to him on a silver platter. Please write some more Cassius, I am definitely looking forward to it!!!!!

not bad but not great either

kinda predictable and slow but not a bad book after the first couple chapters you know where this book is going and no real twists to keep interest

Narrator is killing it.

So the premise isn’t terrible but the MC, as I do kinda like him as he isn’t as much of a whiny overly heroic guy is a bit of a hypocrite, dude had like 14 concubines, killed and did wicked things to get power….. but is bothered by royals that turn a blind eye to Brothels, Gambling Dens, and loan shark banks… GTFO with that nonsense.
Oh and the Sex scenes need to be shorter they are mad cringy feels kinda unnecessary to give that much detail… I mean I’m glad the MC isn’t acting like a shy little kid but guy needs to chill with the creep stares as well.

Surprised me

I was definitely surprised. A new look on cultivation,magic system. Political intrigue and action. Yes this book has adult content with hot women you seen it in the blurb you was warned fine by me I would tone down the amount and add fade to black. I liked it mainly this guy has a past and is changing his ways he and his companions grow as characters throughout the story . My only gripe is the time before to the time of the story wasn’t long enough also Eric is a great narrator wasn’t a bad choice

Overall a pretty enjoyable book. Only had one issue that's really not a issue. It was just different from the norm. In most books you kill the so called bad guys. In this one he makes friends with most of them. But all in all i liked the book and will be getting the next one.

DO NOT! Buy into the 1 and 2 star reviews. They have no concept of what a good book is... First of all it's a Harem Series.. of course there's gonna be lewdness and sexy times throughout the book, it's not overwhelming but very well done compared to other books imo. Character development is good and world building is ok but over all its 5 stars for me. I'll be getting the next book

Well Written Threadbare Tale

A resurrected, sexually susceptible guy bonds with one woman after another as he cultivates manna powers to overcome evil opponents. Just a threadbare tale. But the writing kept lead characters interesting and retold a fun version from a young guy's perspective. If listeners want cotton candy, let them enjoy.
