Great Guidebook

Koorosh Naghshineh has written a great book to use as a guide as you age. The narration by CL Berns is spot on allowing you to take notes while listening with little to now rewinding or pausing.....

At 54 I am starting to wonder what my retirement years look like. What will i physically be capable of? I look at folks older than me and think man i sure want to be in better shape then them when i hit their age. I only wish i would have found this book sooner.......

Certainly the foods we eat make a difference in our bodies but its the mind - body connections that are also described in this book that i fouind particularly important. Breaking old bad habits and routines, reducing stress levels and staying fit will all help me age more gracefully and be able to show my grandchildren (when i have some) that their grandpa was once an excellent athlete. As a 30 year golf professional i still want to be able to play at a high level as i age. After all that is one of the things about golf, you can do it forever......its just that I want to be able to do it at a high level.....

Thanks for writing this book, I highly recommend it!!!

Live better

Aging is something that none of us can escape. However, we can slow down the process and age with an incredibly high quality of life.

“Live longer live better” gives us the know how to take our health to levels we may not have seen in our youth. It sounds funny, but more and more individuals of an advanced age seem to be fitter and healthier than many people you see in their twenties.

It’s totally doable with the correct strategies and scientific knowledge.

This book not only covers well researched science and methods for combating aging, but it also discusses finances well into retirement; a topic that can cause those stress responses and cortisol flooding to manifest in many a retiree.

PS: Did you know that some scientists report that you can actually reverse the diminishing of your telomeres to biologically age backwards? Pretty cool!

Such a great audiobook

I absolutely loved this audiobook and would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to age gracefully. Feel younger longer

By the time we reach retirement we feel old and tired but what if you could take better advantage of this time and ensure you enjoy it because you are mentally, emotionally and financially in a healthy spot. That’s what this book will help you do and that’s why I’m so glad I got a head start because even though I’m far from retirement there are some nuggets of wisdom that I could start to implement right now!
