Great for network marketing professionals as well

It was definitely one of my favorite books ever! Very very practical, total applicable tips. I was a manager in the corporate world as well as a network marketing professional. It makes total sense in both position. I could remember several episodes when I misbehave and also acted the right way. I enjoyed the book so much that I wish it was longer than it is.

if i were to give someone just 1 book to give them the knowledge and prerequisites to become a good leader this is it. The performance in this audiobook is of course flawless. Because, the author and reader makes a living teaching leadership and speaking on a podcast.If you have this book then all you need to do is read it, understand it, and practice it. Im positive.

The most helpful book workwise ever

I find it the most actionable of Jocko's library.
It is really specific, short chapters to the point and dedicated each to 1 specific topic.
It helps leaders and sub-ordinates alike because Jocko is specialist in addressing the situation from both points of view.
Unlike many other books, I find this most useful because the author understands the need of keeping a balance. He gets himself into deep water and at the same time helps the listener understand when it is better to err on 1 side and when on the other.
