Publisher's summary

It’s a horror anthology movie in novel form!

A group of sorority sisters get together to tell scary stories in order to honor the memory of their dead friend. The tales are terrifying, but something lurks in the background, and some of the terrible fantasies might not compare to the evil reality about to strike.

Warning: This novel contains violent imagery and content as well as sexually suggestive material and therefore requires careful consideration before allowing a minor in your care to listen to it.

Here’s a trailer, if you could imagine spooky music and a dark theater...

On Sunday evening, we found him by the lake, completely naked and fishing, and when we tried to get him to stop, he panicked. It was crazy, and he kept repeating that he had to catch Old Dale. Old Dale was made up. It was a giant alligator that had supposedly eaten a kid. We told that story to keep kids from sneaking out at night. It was a load of junk. The first private owners who bought it after from the charity who bought it from the church invented it. They wanted to go skinny-dipping with the college girl camp counselors at night so they needed a boogeyman.

Elliot believed it was real.

There was no way anybody could have looked at his eyes and not believed it and when Roy, whose parents owned the camp now, took the pole away from him; Elliot screamed that he had to protect the kids, that Old Dale would eat them all. He ran right to the water and jumped in. It was a dark night, and everyone was so shocked that nobody reacted quickly enough. Roy dove into the water but came back 20 minutes later alone.

The police found him in the middle of lake the next day.

very strange!

The warning in this book should be taken seriously. The storyline was OK, but it is very graphic and Sexually explicit. The narrator did a good job on the characters. I like horror but I do have my limits.
