Keto for vegans and vegetarians
The book was for someone who knows nothing about keto. Definitely a starter book which I needed as it was going to be given to someone who has been diagnosed with cancer and is new to healthy eating. However, it spent way too much time on vegetarian and vegan keto. Not good as the person it was going to be given to would have no use for that. It should be in the description that it is geared towards that diet and I could have skipped this one. Glad I listened to it first before giving it.
