Really good

The author structures out the book exactly the way I like it. So that's just my opinion. The other thing that's so good about it, is the narration. I actually liked the voice of Charlie Richards, and I think it sounds like a professional.

Keto keto keto!!!

All those keto books nowadays! I just looked for one that looked good. Well, the shrimp on the plate of the book cover looks scrumptious, so I decided to get this one. I am not disappointed, and I think the information in here is great. Personally, I wonder how many people should cut out carbs completely, but you can at least reduce them, especially the sugars. And avocados and asparagus are great foods. Keep that in mind. Load up on the greens, machines! Anyway, yeah, liked the book. Not a bad book. Only about an hour or 1.5 hours, but that's all I needed.
