Never worry about weight again

I used to always worry about my weight and how I looked in the mirror but after reading this book it has become very easy to keep up with a consistent diet that ensures I am never overweight again. I would definitely recommend this book for any women looking to lose a few pounds this year!

Amazing Book!

An Amazing Experience

I cannot begin to express how amazing this book has been to me and my fitness journey. I have always gone to the gym to try and lose some extra body fat but after I learned the helpful information in this book, everything became much easier. I look forward to reading more works by this author.

Fantastic Resource on IF

I had heard about intermittent fasting and the Keto diet but didn’t know much about it. This book really helped fill in the gaps for me personally. It’s a a wonderful resource for both beginners and those looking to expand their knowledge.

So glad I found this book!

I have been researching intermittent fasting (IF) for a while now by reading, watching videos, and inquiring information through blogs from people claiming to be doing it. I found this book to be easy to understand, to the point, with a lot of information that the layman can understand. The author takes the time to connect with the reader on their level and explain things in terms that someone that can be understood by someone that does not require a significant amount of scientific knowledge to comprehend the content. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking to obtain a better understanding of how IF actually works. Matter of fact, I will be sharing this book with my husband in the morning. This is a quick read also which is good for the person who normally doesn't sit down to read a novel on a regular basis.

Thank you for a thorough, interesting and informative book. It was definitely worth the effort!

Just what I was looking for

I’ve always done internment fasting on my own, however I wasn’t really sure without proper guidance. This “ food manual” comes with extra tips if you want to reverse your aging or want to just keep the weight on permanent.

Helpful.

Though this book is for women it is mentioned how men can benefit from this book too. With Intermittent fasting though they suggest to eat. healthy, you actually don't have to stop eating your favorite foods, it's to stop eating at certain times. Very interesting book.

Amazing Advice

As someone who used to be over 200 pounds and possibly could have been on TLC, this book was a lifesaver. I quickly picked up on several of the habits and have to say that the Keto Diet is the way to work. It offers so many health benefits that can’t be denied. What a great book!
