Absolutely speaks to the soul

This book has helped me in every aspect of my life! I highly recommend reading or listening whether you consider yourself an empath or not. It gives you tools to manage your own emotions as well as others.

changed my life

I was struggling with deep depression and lost my relationship to it and I really hated being an empath because of all the feelings. this has produced more progress on my journey than anything I've ever done and recommend it to everyone.

Good Stuff! Wish I Found This Earlier In Life!!

90% of this book was of great value to me. Just remember to actually DO the exercises and periodically review the notes you take while reading. If you're an empath, GET THIS BOOK. The End.

Wonderful, with an eh narration

Amazing book. Trauma-aware energy work? Yes! I'm so glad I listened. The narrator sounds a little too intense or sarcastic at times which was a little off-putting.

a beautiful journey

you can just listen to this book and still get a lot out of it. there are exercises you can do at the end of each chapter to keep you busy for weeks! I love that it isn't gimmicky and is NOT an ad for a particular healer or product.

I finally understand mysef

I have spent 40+ years feeling that there is something wrong with me. This book opened my eyes and made me realize I am gifted not cursed. I was able to forgive everyone who ever hurt me by not validating my feelings because now I know they just did not understand I cannot change who I am. I feel free and liberated and so very thankful.
Anyone who ever thought they feel too much emotion or they were not socially normal because they were too sensitive has to read this book.
