Gripping
Incredible start to a great story arc in the Warhammer 40K universe. I had taken a long break from WH40K and this got me right back into it eagerly wanting more. This is obviously a must-read for the contents of the story lorewise. The political sections were good. The space marines were admirable. The Assassinorum was cool. It's just.... the story did not make me excited at all about the next books in the series.
