Unique Idea

If you give respect you get respect. Very familiar and simple words. You know yourself. Respecting a person's thoughts and ideas will encourage them to talk more openly with you. It will open the way for him to accept you, show you respect too. Learn to appreciate. Remember his name, look with kind eyes. Give the gift of pure smile. These will facilitate your communication with him.

Easier

Another great way to overcome shyness is to learn to laugh at yourself. Incorporate a sense of humor into your life. You will see that you can easily convey difficult things to others. If you can laugh at yourself before someone else makes fun of your negative points, you can easily overcome the fear and shyness of speaking up. Instead of feeling unduly humiliated by small jokes, take life a little more lightly, socializing with people will become much easier.

Life changing book

Always keep the window of your mind open. Don't hesitate to share your thoughts with someone. Even people who are younger than you, lower in rank or lower in qualifications - should feel free to talk to you about everything. When you are open-minded at work or at home and listen to everyone, you will get many new ideas, many misunderstandings will end and relationships will improve.
