Darkly humorous with an Amazing narrator
This book was clever, twisty and laugh out loud funny. Victoria Morrison’s narration elevated it to another level. I really hope there is a sequel.

At least I finished it.
Story was mediocre, and there tons of plot holes. Backstory (what little there was) made no sense. This felt like a first draft of a story that could’ve been so good.

Great performance, ok story
Overall the narrator made this an enjoyable listen. There were definitely some dark humor, but also a lot of overly graphic portions that I felt didn’t add to the narrative. There were a lot of plot holes / unbelievable portions (especially with it taking place in modern day), and after certain events it was hard to be on the main character’s side any more- turning from anti-hero to just plain unlikable.
