I am an avid listener. I listen between 75-100 hours per month on my iPhone: 60% fiction to 40% non-fiction.
I thought this book was very informative and cutout a lot of the junk that is in books of this genre which are there simply to plump up the page count. Also, the accompanying PDF is awesome. I like the exercise plans all laid out with pictures and instructions. The book is read by the author which helps for emphasis in just the correct spots. I give this a big thumbs up for anyone looking to drop some belly fat!
I started the program exactly 3 days ago.
My entire life I had been a lean and muscular looking guy and my metabolism was always on 100%, until a year and a half ago I started getting a terribly unsexy belly, and everybody around made me notice.
I did not even want to go into the pool along with my own siblings and family members, because of the shame I felt.
Being only 21, and realizing that nothing helped me loose weight, I felt like I was on the slow decent towards being extremely overweight.
And then I found "Zero Belly Diet"!
Its only been 3 days and I already went from 183,8 lbs. to 175,4 lbs. (THAT's ALMOST 10 FULL POUNDS!)
This JUST WORKS; I feel better physically and psychologically, I look better, I have lost weight and I am gaining my confidence back.
This book won't just improve your weight, just like David says on his book: This will improve your health and can possibly save you from future disease.
I cannot recommend this book any more.
If you want a better life, don't just buy it, but follow through; you will not regret it.

Very informative full of good tips and references. I liked it so much I had to by the kindle and hard back version so I have it everywhere for reference.
I originally looked at this as a diet; a quick and easy way to prep for a friend's wedding. However, only a few chapters in and I realized I was committing to a lifestyle change. My relationship with food has drastically improved over the past few weeks on this program. I eat more veggies (the kind that don't cause me to bloat and fill up like a balloon) and I have a deeper appreciation for what I intake. Cutting out dairy and sugar was tough, but I've adapted to a life without cheese and coffee creamer. Highly recommend this one!!!
Long commutes need something to remove the boredom! Love history, mysteries/thrillers, scifi and bios, but read a little bit of everything.
David Zinczenko offers a new diet similar to the Mediterranean diet in which you focus on specific foods which help reduce/fight visceral (belly) fat. The big change for most people is eliminating processed (all) foods, most meat and eating healthy fats. He claims you can lose lots of weight fast, which would be nice but I am not expecting to. I will fully endorse this diet if I can lose 5-6 inches off my belly and 15-20 pounds, which according to the author should be entirely possible.
As far as readability/listening, the author does a good job of presentation, with lots of theory and research as to why his diet will work. Don't always like his writing style, but it is an easy and overall good listen/
First I would say go and download the pdf. Lots of references to the pdf.
The pace of the reading is perfect and the quality of the voice is good and not harsh to listen to.
